hey, what does it mean 5th rb? how would you get these amazing skills? rebirth at 80?

and i think you get em at lvl 80, dunno 'bout total lvl tho

Rebirth section has 5 skills, the video posted is for this description
"Hide into the shadows leaving silhouettes of yourselves to move out, all of them slash around in a large area, then finish your enemy by slashing them into an explosion.
This is not out yet. But it is flashy and godly."
The RB skills seem good for mobs :O
